BotGauge Sub-processors
Last updated: October 28, 2026
BotGauge relies on a small number of trusted companies to run the service. This page lists who they are, what they do for us and where they're located.
There are two groups:
- Sub-processors handle your company's data inside BotGauge, such as traces, prompts, responses and test results. They're covered by our Data Processing Agreement.
- Other service providers handle BotGauge's own business data, such as product usage statistics and website contact forms. They never receive the content of your tests. They're covered by our Privacy Policy.
Every provider on this page signs a written agreement that requires it to protect data and use it only to provide its service to us.
Sub-processors
These companies may handle Customer Personal Data, as defined in our Data Processing Agreement, to help us run BotGauge.
| Company | What it does for us | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud hosting and storage; AI models through Amazon Bedrock, used to generate red-team tests and score evaluations | United States |
| ClickHouse, Inc. | Stores traces and evaluation data, which may include prompts and AI model responses | United States |
The AI model services we use don't train their models on your data.
Other service providers
These companies handle BotGauge's own business data, not the content of your tests.
| Company | What it does for us | Data it receives | Location | Their policies |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PostHog, Inc. | Product analytics: how BotGauge is used, so we can improve it | Screens and features used, usage events, an analytics ID, and your country. It's set not to keep your IP address, and never receives the content of your tests | United States | Privacy Policy, DPA |
| HubSpot, Inc. | Website forms, contact records and marketing emails (website) | Details you submit through our website forms, such as your name, work email and company, your IP address, and how you interact with our emails and website | United States | Privacy Policy, DPA |
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Amazon SES) | Sending account emails, such as sign-up confirmations and password resets | Your name, email address and the content of the email | United States | Privacy Policy, DPA |
| CookieYes Limited | Cookie banner on our website only (not the BotGauge app), which records your cookie choices | Your cookie choices, a consent ID, a shortened IP address, your country and browser details | United Kingdom (data stored in the EU) | Privacy Policy, DPA |
In the BotGauge app, we don't use in-app (browser) analytics where the law requires consent first, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
